Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership to the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth event operations
- Develop, maintain, and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for F&B services
- Ensure delivery of high standards of customer service
- Coordinate staffing resources for each event, replacing cancelled shifts and briefing staff as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and motivating teams in various hospitality environments
- Demonstrated ability to work with a vision of greatness, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills, along with RSA accreditation and willingness to obtain an RP badge
