Innovative Embedded System Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products. As an intermediate-level engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, integrating, and validating electronics and firmware, ensuring industry best practices, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the development process.
- Crafting clear, well-tested code and PCB layouts that enable seamless collaboration among team members;
- Developing user-space applications and ROS drivers for sensors on ARM-based Linux platforms;
- Spearheading continuous improvement in standards, tooling, and automation;
- Maintaining product requirements through concrete technical specs, tasks, and schedules;
- Leveraging expertise in design reviews, risk assessments, failure mode analysis, and mitigation strategies;
- Supporting junior engineers in developing best practices and knowledge sharing initiatives;
- Effectively reporting progress through Jira boards, stand-ups, and concise stakeholder updates;
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience shipping embedded products;
- Degree in embedded systems, electronics, mechatronics or similar;
- Strong grasp of digital and mixed-signal design, PCB layout, and bring-up;
- Proficiency with C/C++ and familiarity with Python;
- Bonus: exposure to robotics, LiDAR, SLAM, or autonomous systems;
