Job Title: In-Room Dining Team Leader

Join our team at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth and House Made Hospitality as an In-Room Dining Team Leader. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our in-room dining service, while maximizing profitability and meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the In-Room Dining service, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to achieve financial goals and maintain high standards of service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve labor costs, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze operations to identify areas for improvement, providing coaching and feedback to staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
