We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Accor.

This role is ideal for a vibrant sales professional who enjoys working across MICE/GROUPS/ENTERTAINMENT.

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business and growing market share from existing accounts across MICE, GROUPS & ENTERTAINMENT clients.

This includes collaborating with the Director of Sales - MICE on a sales plan that includes proactive initiatives to achieve business objectives and budgeted profits for the hotel for Meetings & Events.

The Business Development Manager will also proactively create a sales plan that includes proactive initiatives to achieve business objectives and budgeted profits for the hotel for Entertainment & Groups.

Additional responsibilities include taking a proactive and innovative approach to acquiring new business, monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile corporate clients.

They will also possess advanced negotiation and closing abilities, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
