Job Overview:The role of a Senior Food and Beverage Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring seamless service to our guests. This position requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team across dining and event settings.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily food and beverage operations, including front-of-house activities.
  • Coach, mentor, and train colleagues while leading and coordinating operational outlets.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front- and back-of-house operations.
  • Implement and enforce policies, including cash handling, upselling techniques, and customer service protocols.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards, menu planning, inventory management, and event catering.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
