We're seeking an accomplished Civil Team Leader to spearhead engineering design projects in mining and infrastructure. If you're driven by delivering future-ready outcomes that benefit clients and communities, we'd like to hear from you

About the Role

  • Oversee a team of engineers to deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations, legal requirements, quality standards, and are fit for purpose.
  • BUILD strong project-level relationships and support management to implement market and client strategies.
  • Participate in staff development activities to help team members realise their potential and contribute to our people's and business' success.
  • Continuously enhance technical standards and design processes.
  • Manage and direct workloads for a team of civil engineers.

About You

  • Proven experience in consultancy environments with a strong background in civil mining infrastructure as a team leader or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
  • Extensive knowledge of civil engineering to deliver complex projects, including earthworks design, road design, drainage infrastructure, site water management systems, levees, creek diversions, and dams.
  • Able to build relationships and develop business.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects varying in complexity and size.
