Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership in infrastructure projects, driving robust solutions that enhance engineering speed and team autonomy.
  • Define architectural direction for core platform services, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
  • Mentor and empower a distributed team of engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and high standards.
  • Shape the strategic roadmap for Platform Enablement by identifying and driving long-term initiatives.
  • Champion operational excellence, ensuring the platform remains secure, efficient, and reliable.
  • Contribute to technical hiring and foster a culture of growth and development.

 

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS required, GCP nice-to-have), and distributed systems.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Go, Python, or Java and enjoy designing complex systems.
  • Leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure projects and influencing cross-functional engineering strategy.
  • Passion for Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and site reliability.
  • Thriving in mentorship roles—guiding teams and uplifting technical practices.
  • Leading with a no-blame mentality and alignment with company values.
