Project Leadership Role

The role of Project Director is critical in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects successfully.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic leadership to a diverse project team, promoting collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Health, Safety, Security & Environment: Champion HSSE principles, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee all phases of project delivery, guaranteeing successful commissioning and high-quality handover to Operations.
  • Contract and Commercial Management: Manage contracts for BoP, OEMs, service providers, and consultants, leading negotiations, claims resolution, and variation management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in major infrastructure or renewable energy project delivery, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects in remote environments, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Able to manage large budgets, schedules, and HSSE outcomes effectively.
