As a skilled and dedicated Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation, including adherence to AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards, to maintain the highest level of quality care.
- Leading and supervising Personal Care Workers, promoting a holistic team approach and fostering a positive work environment.
