Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Job Summary

This is a commercially minded, organized, meticulous, and capable Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role in the Heavy Motor team.

  • Preparation of strategic plan, annual budget and rolling forecasts
  • Capital planning and prioritization
  • Interface with Group Finance team to meet Group planning timetables and deliverables
  • Develop business cases to support capital investment decisions, including analysis of risks, impacts and mitigations, scenario analysis and commercial pricing analysis
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to refine processes

We're looking for someone who can provide commercial and financial leadership to support the financial and operational performance of the Heavy Motor division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare strategic plans, budgets and forecasts
  • Plan and prioritize capital expenditures
  • Collaborate with the Group Finance team to meet deadlines
  • Develop business cases for capital investments
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in FP&A or other commercial finance roles
  • Strong analytical skills combined with an attention to detail
  • Ability to present clearly and confidently to management and team members of all levels
  • Energetic, self-motivated, disciplined, and hands-on
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status-quo
