
Business Growth Manager

As a senior business leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and market expansion in your local area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Lead by example, prioritizing customer experience and stepping in wherever needed.
- Closely collaborate with community stakeholders to build and nurture relationships, representing the brand and participating in events.
- Coach and develop competencies in your team, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Prioritize business performance by tracking KPIs, reporting, and creating strategic plans.
This is a permanent, full-time position located at Community Bank Tugun, with a 76-hour fortnightly roster.
Requirements- Proven business leadership skills, with the ability to drive strategy and manage staff performance.
- Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential).
- Strong communication skills to deliver clear expectations.
- Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework.
- A high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
