Branch Management Role

This is a leadership position responsible for driving business growth and managing a team.

  • The successful candidate will have people leadership skills, proven sales mentorship experience, and a strong understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
  • This role involves coaching and developing team members, prioritizing business performance through tracking KPIs, reporting, and creating strategic plans.
  • Collaboration with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships is also key in this position.
  • Additional responsibilities include leading by example, prioritizing customer experience, and being available to support the branch as needed.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to be a lifelong learner, taking advantage of on-the-job training and other learning opportunities to continue growing professionally.

This is a permanent, full-time position located at Tugun, with a roster of 76 hours per fortnight.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to drive the branch's growth through effective leadership, team coaching, and business development. Key qualifications include people leadership skills, proven sales mentorship, experience in residential and commercial lending, strong communication skills, and a high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
