We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business development and revenue growth across our theme parks. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories and experiences for our guests.
About the RoleThis exciting role involves achieving annual sales targets through strategic partnerships and tourism channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales campaigns, promotions, and partner incentives to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Achieve annual sales targets across all domestic trade and tourism channels (including New Zealand)
- Develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and partner incentives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain and grow key stakeholder relationships through regular engagement and strategic collaboration
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and meetings with tourism bodies (locally and internationally)
- Experience in a similar role, ideally attractions experience
- Proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
