We are seeking a senior commercial property professional to join our team as part of our ongoing expansion and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, including bulky goods trade centres, storage facilities, industrial assets, and city fringe offices.

This role involves liaising with landlords, contractors, and tenants, conducting regular site inspections and preparing reports, raising monthly rent invoices and managing arrears, implementing rent reviews within required timeframes, and managing month-end processes, including owner statements and payments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with landlords, contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and preparing detailed reports on the condition and status of each property.
  • Raising accurate and timely monthly rent invoices and managing any resulting arrears.
  • Implementing rent reviews in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Managing all aspects of month-end processes, including owner statements and payments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A strong attention to detail and methodical approach is essential, as is proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.

Requirements for Success:
