Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a suitably qualified individual to join our team as a permanent part-time Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant. In this role, you will support the team in providing individual, group and community activities for residents and participants that promote physical and mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the team in delivering person-centered care by developing and reviewing resident care plans to ensure individual needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver activities that promote physical and mental well-being and enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Utilize computer software, particularly Microsoft Office suite, to manage records and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
- Certificate IV or higher in Leisure & Health or Diversional Therapy (desirable)
- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care (PCA) or willingness to undertake studies in Leisure and Health or equivalent.
- Annual Basic Life Support Certificate.
- Experience in Residential Aged Care (desirable).
