About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Officer to contribute to the planning, coordination, and timely deployment of innovative Research Management Systems at CALHN Research Services.

In this position, you will work closely with Research Services staff, Clinical Trial Researchers, and key stakeholders to enhance our research capabilities. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate essential site deployment efforts and prepare project documentation, reports, and briefing papers.
  • Provide vital support for the day-to-day operations of the RMS project, engaging in implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to achieve project goals.
About You

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in coordinating and supporting ICT projects in health, research, or government settings, including change management functions.
  • Knowledge of current information technology trends, including cloud computing and project management methodologies.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage conflict and negotiate effective solutions.
