About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to join our team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As a Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our research capabilities by contributing to the planning, coordination, and timely deployment of innovative Research Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate essential site deployment efforts and prepare project documentation, reports, and briefing papers that guide our initiatives.
  • Provide vital support for the day-to-day operations of the RMS project, engaging in implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work closely with Research Services staff, Clinical Trial Researchers, and key stakeholders to ensure that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who possesses:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflict and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting ICT projects in health, research, or government settings, including change management functions.
  • A strong capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team, effectively prioritising workloads and producing high-quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of current information technology trends, including cloud computing and project management methodologies, with a knack for developing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
