Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Sydney based team in delivering cutting edge new build data centre projects.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication and people management skills, as well as a strong base of technical knowledge and experience in the Data Centre sector.

  • Client management and consultation
  • Project Planning/Feasibility studies
  • Design Management and Value Engineering
  • Procurement of construction services
  • Cost control and cost reporting and superintendent
  • Contract administration
  • Interrogation of programming
  • Commissioning and post contract duties for handover
About the Role:
  • This is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organisation who offer challenging work and the potential for career progression.
  • As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading high level project initiatives from feasibility stage to delivery stage.
  • You will need to possess strong client and stakeholder liaison skills.
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or similar
  • Minimum 7 to 15+ years of end-to-end project management on building projects
  • Ideally data centre experience and technical facilities experience
  • A strong network would be an advantage
  • Strategic thinker who is able to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
