Senior Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new hyperscale data centre in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and working closely with external project management consultants.
  • Project control, cost, and contract management.
  • Day-to-day project reporting.
  • Interface and manage communications with internal and external teams.
  • Develop and execute project management plans.
  • Concurrently manage multiple projects.
  • Project reviews and audits, constructability reviews, commissioning, and project close out.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years' experience in project/construction management with highly technical, construction projects - experienced in controlling major-scale projects valued at $200m upwards.
  • Strong experience in project control, governance, and delivery frameworks.
  • Project management qualification is desirable.
  • Mission-critical or data centre construction exposure.
  • High-level communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels.
