Job Title:
Senior DevOps Strategist
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Strategist to join our engineering organization. This senior-level role will focus on driving platform reliability, scalability, and automation using Kubernetes expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work closely with cross-functional product teams and influence DevOps best practices across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Act as the Kubernetes subject matter expert across the engineering organization
Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure using AWS and Terraform
Lead the development and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native tooling
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to improve deployment automation and platform reliability
Mentor and guide other DevOps and platform engineers
Requirements:
Expert-level Kubernetes experience with production workloads (EKS a plus)
Strong AWS experience managing cloud-native, high-availability environments
Advanced skills in Terraform and infrastructure as code
Proven experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles within modern SaaS environments
Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally
Bonus:
Experience with GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD), observability tooling, or service meshes is a bonus.
