Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Officer/Migration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the processing and lodgement of various migration cases, including student visas, skilled migration, and work visas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing and lodgement of student visas, skilled migration, and work visas
- Research and obtain information using Legendcom and the Department of Home Affairs website
- Prepare GTE statements and submissions
- Meet with clients to explain documents required, gather documents, and follow up on applications
- Counsel international students about various courses and assist with student placement
- Process applications for admissions and follow up as required
- Regular liaison and coordination between students and education institutes
- Marketing and follow up on migration and student enquiries
Requirements
- Experience in visa lodgements and migration services
- Knowledge of an Indian language is preferred
- MARA licence or legal practitioner registration is a bonus
