**About the Role**

In this position you will be managing the hospital’s Prosthesis stock using the computerized SAP Inventory Management Systems.

You will work closely with the various teams in the hospital to ensure they have access to required prosthesis supply and will strive to provide a high level of customer service and efficiency to ensure the smooth flow of distribution as required.

Reporting to the Supply Manager, some of your duties include;
- Collecting, collating and processing theatre charge sheets for patient billing in Meditech. Reconcile billing of theatre prosthetics and rebatable items
- Ensuring prompt data entry of chargeable Disposable & Prosthetic consumables used for each pt admission.
- Liaising and working collaboratively with the Patient Accounts, the Supply Team & ward NUM’s to resolve billing queries related to SAP data entry in a timely manner.
- Ensuring any errors in reported usage are resolved and appropriate action taken to minimise disruptions in the Pt billing cycle.
- Assist with collecting supporting documentation & processing for Ex-Gratia, Self-Funded & Workers Comp pt accounts to shorten patient accounts billing cycle.
- Assist other Supply staff in labelling of Owned & Consignment items received into store before being delivered to clinical storage areas.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience working in large scale inventory networks with hospital/medical experience being highly desired.

You will also bring;
- Experience with SAP/ or other equivalent Inventory Management software is highly desired
- Computer literacy across the Microsoft office suite.
- Knowledge and understanding of Medical Prosthesis & Private Health Funds, or a hospital’s billing cycle
- Keen attention to detail
- A strong process improvement mindset.
