Job Description

Westminster School is seeking a talented Enrolments Liaison Officer to manage relationships with prospective families and key influencers throughout the enrolment lifecycle.

This role involves developing and maintaining strong knowledge about the school, including its curriculum, brand, and community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting and managing prospective student records in Digistorm and Synergetic
  • Facilitating timely and accurate reporting to ensure compliance obligations are met
  • Representing the school at field days and undertaking visits to regional, interstate, and international markets to generate interest and enquiries
  • Managing the booking schedule for individual, group tours, and trial days

The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, demonstrated experience in client relationship management, and excellent communication skills. They must also be able to work collaboratively as part of a small team, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Additionally, this role contributes to informing and influencing marketing initiatives and campaigns in the local and regional marketplace.
