About the Role

As an Enrolments Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant enrolment processes for our Traineeship, B2B, and online programs. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you'll support Business Development Managers and Senior Training Coordinators while delivering a professional, client-focused experience to employers, trainees, and students.

This role covers the full enrolment lifecycle – from eligibility checks and compliance validation through to progression reporting, training plan management, and monitoring critical deadlines within State Training Authority portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process enrolments accurately, ensuring compliance with policies and STA requirements.
  • Manage eligibility checks, evidence collection, and student record maintenance.
  • Provide responsive support to BDMs, trainers, coordinators, employers, and students.
  • Prepare and monitor training plans, extensions, withdrawals, and compliance reporting.
  • Travel offsite to conduct sign-ups and support client engagement as required.
  • Assist with financial duties which include invoicing, collections and regular reconciliation.
  • Assist in the administration of national and state compliance frameworks relevant to the RTO
About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has excellent communication skills. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Experience in the RTO sector (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of aged care, disability, or community services (advantageous).
  • Strong administration, time management, and compliance focus.
  • A professional and client-oriented approach to all interactions.
