Practice Director - Application Sustainment

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Director to lead our Application Sustainment team at Fujitsu. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our Application Sustainment practice.
  • Lead a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to win new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the practice.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Application Sustainment leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Expert knowledge of Application Management Services, with extensive experience with Application Sustainment methodologies and trends.
  • Strong market-facing pre-sales experience, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Australian citizenship and current or ability to obtain AGSVA security clearance.
  • Defence experience highly desirable.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • ITIL certified.
  • Demonstrated, progressive experience building and growing a practice.
  • Knowledge of the Application Sustainment competitive landscape.
