About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to lead our consulting practice for the implementation of treasury solutions. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing a consulting team and strategy to effectively execute business plans and develop consulting offerings to address market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a consulting team and strategy to execute business plans and develop consulting offerings
  • Manage key FIS channel relationships to drive results for the Practice
  • Maintain responsibility for profit and loss of the consulting practice, including forecasting and managing to revenue and expense targets
  • Ensure generated revenue meets or exceeds plan for FIS Consulting Services Business
  • Ensure consulting engagements provide excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty
  • Manage consulting personnel, including engagement staffing, staff performance/evaluations, and career planning
  • Collaborate with other Consulting Practice Managers to optimize goals for the entire division
  • Provide direct sales support throughout the sales cycle, working closely with sales and account management to create and close opportunities
  • Maintain quality client relationships to gain referrals for new clients

Requirements:

  • Proven Corporate Treasury or Consulting background for large complex multiple industry practices
  • At least 7 years' experience in management, ideally in a treasury team or financial services consulting
  • Experience of treasury management system implementation and professional services for corporates and/or banking and financial services is preferred
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial institution operations, and risk management
  • Negotiation skills regarding complex issues and sound experience in relationship management with stakeholders
  • Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in fast-paced, changing business environments
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or Finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
