The role reports to the Risk Manager and involves setting and managing the end of lease (residual) value of vehicles and maintenance budgets for FleetPartners Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will have a quantitative or commercial background and experience in analytical roles, including valuation, forecasting, pricing, and costing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day residual value and maintenance recommendations in support of sales teams
  • Reviewing and recommending residual value positions for all vehicles to be quoted by the business
  • Recommending maintenance budgets for all quotable vehicles within various asset classes
  • Ad-hoc portfolio analysis to support business decisions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a quantitative or commercial discipline, such as finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or similar
  • Working experience in a commercial analytical role, including valuation, forecasting, pricing, and costing
  • Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • An appreciation of motor vehicles and knowledge of vehicle market trends
