Operational Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Operational Specialist to support our customers and facilitate the operational team to perform at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure safety standards are followed and risks are eliminated
- Communicate daily objectives and targets to the team, assign tasks, and track performance
- Plan resources to achieve desirable outcomes in line with Service Level Agreements
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement changes
- Induct, onboard, and train team members to meet organisational requirements
- Conduct performance dialogues with the team, ensuring clear communication and employee engagement
- Proven experience in operations within the Supply Chain or Logistics industry
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, preferably Manhattan
- Effective leadership and people management skills
- Strong customer-facing and external stakeholder experience
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities
