**What's involved**:
An Operations Specialist supports our client that operates bike share services in Sydney. You will do this by driving a van around the CBD and inner suburbs untaking a variety of deployment and management tasks of their bike fleet.

We work with multiple partners to provide entry-level employment. For this role you will be reporting to our client who will manage your day to day tasks.

**About the role**:

- Operations Specialists support delivery of a bike share fleet for our client in Sydney, NSW.

Field Team Operations include distributing electric bikes to key locations, swapping and charging batteries, and ensuring the fleet is parked in a compliant manner around the city. Once every few weeks, your roster will also require you to drive a van to company depot in NSW, where you will undertake training updates and aid the Sydney crew with their tasks. The role includes contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture with other Field Team Operations Specialists, and Warehouse Mechanics.

**Position Type Casual**

**Remuneration** As per Vehicle Repair Services and Retail Award 2020 [MA000089], VRS&R - Level 2, Casual (Inc. casual loading)

**Ordinary hourly rate - $27.46** per hour, plus penalty rates for night and weekend work.

**Available Morning shift**:
We endeavour to provide staff with a minimum of four shifts per week, but this can change depending on operational need, some more shifts will be available, sometime less.

**Morning shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm.
Availability across a range of shift time will be highly regarded.
- **_ A valid full driving licence is essential (no longer on [P] plates), _**and for insurance purposes you must be 21 years or older.
- Experience and confidence in driving a van in traffic is essential.
- You will need to be familiar with using smartphones and apps. Full training will be provided.

This is a physical role, you must be capable and comfortable lifting up to 25kg and continuously getting in and out of a van.
