Job Opportunity

A challenging and rewarding position for a skilled Head Chef is available in a thriving hospitality group. As the key player in our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Head Chef in a busy, high-volume environment and possess strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and traditional cooking methods.

You will be a hands-on leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to motivate, train and retain staff. Strong operational skills, including experience managing food costs and suppliers, are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Oversee daily operations across two popular outlets
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor food costs
  • Coordinate staff rosters and ensure efficient service during peak periods
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and traditional cooking methods
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong operational skills, including experience managing food costs and suppliers
