About the Role
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Category Specialist to join our team. As a Category Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and development of our skincare category.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in category support, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and review reports and metrics to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform pricing and promotional initiatives.
- Research industry trends and propose improvements to promotional strategies.
- Lead detailed sales analysis and stakeholder consultation to drive category performance.
**Additional Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain category standard operating procedures.
- Assist in sourcing content for training modules and materials.
- Maintain category handbook content and clinic standards.
**Requirements:**
- Previous category support experience in services, retail, or related industries.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
