
Clinical Team Leader

This is a chance to take on a leadership role in an allied health team, making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist who can lead a team, mentor future clinicians, and contribute to community outcomes.
The successful candidate will utilise their clinical skills to deliver high-quality therapeutic services, supervise and mentor graduate and early-career clinicians, and foster a supportive environment that achieves excellent clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services efficiently
- Providing Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services within schools, homes, and community settings
- Using clinical observations and assessments to set personalised treatment goals
- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve participant outcomes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
- Minimum 5 years’ experience post-graduation
- Leadership skills to meet key responsibilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude and motivation for continuous improvement
