We are seeking a charismatic and zealous Chief Concierge to lead our Concierge and Wheels team at W Sydney, the world's largest W Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional local expertise and creating a memorable and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Manage and supervise all areas of the Concierge and Wheels team, including the hotel's loyalty program, VIP guests, and groups in-house.
  2. Talent Development: Oversee training and development of talent and knowledge of all special events taking place.
  3. Operational Coordination: Coordinate Wheels talent on the driveway, valet parking, luggage services, transportation, and rooming of guests.
  4. Leadership and Collaboration: Direct and work with the management team and hourly talent to successfully execute all Concierge and Wheels operations.
  5. Guest Satisfaction: Strive to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction and maximize the guest satisfaction of the department.

Requirements:

A full New South Wales Drivers License is required.
