Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and support for Concierge and Wheels Desk functions
  • Maintain a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests' needs and expectations
  • Operate the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, and courier/postal dispatching
  • Assist with driving the Whatever/Whenever culture for all guests
  • Support Chief Concierge, Duty Manager, and Concierge Supervisor to ensure all guests' needs and information prior, during, and post-stay
