Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, updating, and managing product listings and content on the e-commerce platform, including the addition of new items, revision of existing product details, and ensuring accurate pricing and stock availability.
  • Structuring and categorizing products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Ensuring the precision and quality of website content through regular audits to identify errors, broken links, and inconsistencies. Continuously applying SEO best practices to boost product visibility and search rankings.
  • Reviewing customer feedback and ratings to resolve issues and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Analyzing competitor strategies and providing insights to improve website content, merchandising, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Reporting on weekly sales performance and collaborating with the inventory management team.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for the Ecommerce Content Specialist role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic analysis tools (such as Google Analytics).
  • A strong passion for enhancing the online shopping experience.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to switch between tasks as priorities evolve.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Copywriting Skills: This role requires exceptional copywriting abilities to create and maintain engaging product descriptions, promotional materials, and other written content for the brand's online presence. The capacity to produce clear, compelling, and SEO-optimized copy is essential for delivering an outstanding user experience.
