About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Content Administrator to join our team at REO Group. As an Ecommerce Content Administrator, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our online presence, ensuring that our e-commerce platform is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Content Management: Create, update, and maintain product listings and content on our e-commerce platform, including adding new products, updating existing product information, ensuring accurate pricing and availability, and managing product images and descriptions.
  • Product Organization and Categorization: Organize and categorize products to optimize the customer shopping experience.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and quality of content on the website, conducting regular audits to check for errors, broken links, and inconsistencies, and continually reviewing SEO best practices to improve product discoverability and search rankings.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor customer reviews and feedback to address any issues and improve the overall user experience.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations to improve website content, merchandising, and outbound digital marketing activities.
  • Performance Reporting: Report on weekly trade performance and liaise with the stock merchandise team.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics (GA and social media analytics).
  • Passion for developing the online consumer experience.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to switch between workflows as priorities change.
  • Great communicator and team player.
