Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our payment systems.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for monitoring transactions, examining efficiency and security, building reports, writing reviews, and analyzing patterns and trends across our payment systems. This includes working closely with our internal customer support and product teams to review transactional payments and address any issues with our third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer deposits and withdrawals to ensure uptime, accuracy, and speed.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve payment-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
  • Provide expert assistance to customer support and payment support regarding payment issues.
  • Track payment trends, monitor transaction data for anomalies, and generate reports to help optimize payment strategies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, experience in evaluating payment conversion rates and costs, and familiarity with various online payment aggregators, platforms, and gateway services. You must also have high-level communication skills, stakeholder management/engagement capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
