Learning and Development Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Field Training Partner, you will be responsible for empowering our field-based management team through high-quality learning and development experiences.
Working closely with our retail and manufacturing teams across Australia and New Zealand, you will ensure strong engagement and knowledge of our Learning and Development Program. You will be part of a friendly, fun, and professional working environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate, mentor, and report on the professional development of new and existing managers within the business.
- Champion our Global Leadership Development Program for all field-based managers.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to build succession planning documents and support Krispy Kreme's future growth.
- Mentor and coach managers on the effective use of our Development Program.
- Work with L&D and Subject Matter Experts to review, revise, and create new learning initiatives.
- Develop new shop onboarding and training plans with P&C and Field Leadership.
- Create engaging educational materials, including training modules, workshops, virtual learning courses, and presentations.
- A highly proactive and resourceful approach with sound business acumen and attention to detail.
- Superior influencing and relationship development skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others to achieve agreed results and outcomes.
- Experience with online Learning Management Systems, particularly Litmos.
- Strong presentation skills and commitment to cultural diversity.
- Integrity and commitment to ethical operations.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office qualification.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE).
- Minimum 3 years' experience developing and monitoring managers, preferably in FMCG or retail sectors.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in multi-site operations, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Experience with Litmos or other Learning Management Systems.
