We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurturing Children's Educator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

About the role:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
  • Support and guide children's learning while developing your own career and knowledge within the sector.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Centre Leadership Team to deliver high-quality educational programs and services that meet the needs of our children and families.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing a child-centered approach to life in everyday practice.
  • Assisting with observations of individuals and groups of children.
  • Assisting in the evaluation of children in terms of individual strengths, weaknesses, interests, and preferences.
  • Designing activities to foster all aspects of children's development in a holistic way.

You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and knowledge through targeted professional learning and emerging leadership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higher.
  • Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines.
  • An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific).
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates.
