Job Title

A highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist is needed to contribute to the development of effective risk management strategies for customers.

This role involves managing disputes from initial review to final determination, identifying key lessons learned and ensuring fair outcomes for all parties involved.

  • Effectively manage customer complaints in accordance with global policies and procedures in a Pacific region context.
  • Evaluate disputes, determine appropriate actions and prepare related documentation.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders through exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Support the Complaints Manager in preparing reports for senior staff and developing junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dispute resolution, preferably in the insurance industry, and possess excellent communication and decision-making skills. They must be able to work independently and under pressure, managing complex matters confidently.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in dispute resolution and/or industry experience within insurance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of commercial insurance, including material damage and business interruption claims.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
