About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event and Sales Coordinator to join our team at Parramatta Leagues - Home of the Eels. As the primary contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing the entire event process, from initial enquiries to the completion of the event.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling functions packages
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Manage records of sales and invoices accurately with a high attention to detail
  • Liaise with operational departments to ensure clients' needs are delivered
About You
  • Experience in functions and events in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales and generating new business
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong client-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
