About the Role
Rizing, a leading provider of SAP consulting and implementation services, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Principal Consultant to drive project success and deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants on projects and implementations.
- Develop and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze clients' business requirements and objectives to inform system configurations and knowledge development.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects stay within budget and meet client expectations.
- Assist with the preparation of training materials and teach clients how to utilize the system.
- Participate in weekly internal meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or 3-5 years of implementation experience.
- Certification in 2 or more SuccessFactors modules, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- 5-10 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience and 5-10 years of HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in various SuccessFactors modules and SAP software.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Completion of multiple SuccessFactors or related projects.
