Rizing, a leading provider of SAP consulting and implementation services, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Principal Consultant, Professional Services to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and coach junior consultants on projects and implementations, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Develop and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and objectives, providing expert guidance on system configurations and best practices.
- Design and implement system configurations that meet clients' needs, driving business outcomes and increasing their knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Ensure adherence to software implementation standards and best practices, maintaining the highest level of quality and excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects assigned, providing timely and effective solutions to clients.
- Assist with the preparation of training materials and deliver training sessions to clients, empowering them to utilize the system effectively.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects stay within budget, tracking and reporting time and expenses accurately.
- Participate in weekly internal meetings, contributing to the success of the team and the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or 3-5 years of implementation experience.
- Certification in 2 or more SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- 5-10 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience and 5-10 years of HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts.
- Expertise in various SuccessFactors modules and SAP software.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Completion of multiple SuccessFactors or related projects.
- Analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability to solve complex problems and provide detailed insight and constructive criticism.
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers, inspiring and motivating others to achieve excellence.
- Strong organizational, planning, and management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong presentation skills and meeting facilitation, with the ability to create effective and compelling presentations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to attentively listen and share knowledge and expertise.
- Self-management of multiple tasks and deliverables, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Thought leadership, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
