Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to work independently.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support and coordinate marketing activities across the Dotti brand, including creating engaging content and collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and coordinating marketing activities across the Dotti brand.
  • Creating and coordinating the weekly digital marketing program for owned channels.
  • Selecting product content from photoshoots, creating engaging copy, and collaborating with the Digital Design team on marketing communications and campaign testing.
  • Assisting the Brand Manager with timely coordination and implementation of website campaigns.
  • Coordinating briefs, art direction, outfit styling, and image selection for photoshoots.
  • Creating marketing documents for the bi-weekly visual merchandising brief.
  • Managing all local marketing initiatives and ensuring brand representation across all local marketing channels.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a marketing-related field.
  • Able to work independently, be proactive, and innovate.
  • Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant role is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for Dotti's product range, seeking an exciting new challenge.
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
