
Datacenter Engineering Procurement Construction

Our organization is seeking an experienced Datacenter Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Integrated Planner / Scheduler to join our team.
This role will provide integrated planning and schedule management services for large-scale datacenter construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with developing and analyzing totally integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules, as well as recommending solutions or recovery plans to mitigate cost impact or delays.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time. You will also monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues, while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated master schedules (IMS) including timelines and dependencies for large-scale datacenter construction projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
You will also be responsible for facilitating and supporting the development of a detailed project schedule along with project team, general contractor (GC) and sub-contractor vendors, and ensuring compliance with MSFT monthly and weekly reporting cadence and rhythm of business requirements.
