Job Description

Maintaining ICS availability, data quality, and service management is crucial for our mission-critical datacenters. This role requires a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems operation and maintenance, as well as experience with industrial control systems (ICS) in datacenter environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of all ICS systems in the Data Centers.
  • Managing site level ICS programs and projects, including governing and participating in global initiatives related to ICS systems.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for ICS systems, networks, workstations, and servers involved in datacenter monitoring and controls.
  • Promoting a culture of safety and security in global datacenter operations by complying with safety programs and completing compliance assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Experience: 3+ years of experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in designing or commissioning Industrial Controls Systems (ICS) in datacenter environments, including Modbus and BACnet protocols.
  • 2+ years of experience with electrical and mechanical systems operation and maintenance.
  • Project management experience with agile methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and documents.
