Job Title: Workforce Planning Coordinator

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for developing efficient workforce planning solutions by managing daily rostering and leave planning. Your primary objective will be to optimize the organization's workforce management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will prepare accurate, compliant rosters aligned with operational needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Identify and escalate rostering issues, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date workforce planning data and documentation, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Manage annual leave planning, ensuring deadlines are met and impacts are effectively forecasted.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • You must have experience in workforce planning/rostering, with a solid understanding of industrial agreements and awards.
  • Possess skills in data analysis, process improvement, and actionable recommendations, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong attention to detail and process focus, enabling you to make data-driven decisions.
