Job Title: Program Governance Analyst

This role contributes to the successful delivery of multi-class sustainment programs by integrating governance systems administration, document control, and data analytics.

  • Administer and maintain governance systems including SharePoint Online.
  • Implement and manage version-controlled document libraries and metadata tagging.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks.
  • Provide training and support to employees to build governance capability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across governance workflows and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, PMBOK, and contractual standards.
About You:
  • Experience in governance systems administration and document control.
  • Strong metadata management and version control knowledge.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and business analytics tool skills preferably Power BI.
  • Proven ability to coach and train others in governance processes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Requirements:
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Australian Defence Security Clearance.
