Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team.

  • This role will support the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Account Research and Identification: Identify key decision-makers and collaborate with Strategic Account Directors to build sales pipelines and achieve quarterly targets.
  2. Order Verification and Delivery Management: Verify order accuracy and ensure timely deliveries.
  3. Sales and Customer Records Maintenance: Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  4. Monthly Sales Reports: Develop monthly sales reports.
  5. Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks and duties for the sales team.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
