As a seasoned infrastructure expert, this senior leadership role presents an exceptional opportunity to spearhead large-scale structural engineering projects for ports and marine facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering capability development and succession planning through strategic technical direction and leadership.
  • Ensure meticulous compliance with maritime codes and standards, while proactively managing risk and safety considerations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-impact engineering solutions.
  • Promote innovation in structural design, drive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes, and represent the company as a thought leader through industry publications and forums.

This position requires extensive experience in structural engineering, particularly in ports and marine projects. A recognized professional with qualifications such as Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Similar is preferred.
